The ideal candidate will assist guests with luggage, handle requests professionally, and be knowledgeable about hotel amenities. Requirements include a high school diploma, clean driver’s license, and preferred experience in customer service. A Hotel Bellman is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, and handling any guest requests or concerns. The bellman is the first point of contact for guests and must be knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist with luggage.
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about the hotel and its amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have clean South Carolina Driver's License
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
