Job summary

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Mid-Beach, Miami is seeking a energetic Bellperson to greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Deliver messages, escort guests to rooms, arrange transportation, and help maintain a welcoming lobby. A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.
• Valid CDL license where applicable.
• Familiarity with local area and attractions.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining features and facilities.
• Deliver messages, packages, and items to guest rooms.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as requested.
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area.
