Job summary

The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in northeast Florida is seeking a hotel bell service team member. You will assist the Chief of Service or Bell Captain with the bell operations, escort guests during check‑in and check‑out, and respond to guest needs while helping them understand room features.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/resort background preferred.
• 5-Diamond experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Working knowledge of common courtesy rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief of Service or Bell Captain with the uniform bell service.
• Escort guests checking in and out.
• Provide service and other guests' needs as requested.
• Ensure guests know where everything is located in the room and how it operates.
