As a member of our team, you will assist guests, process purchases, maintain displays, and collaborate with teammates to uphold a premier luxury standard in a beautiful oceanfront resort setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Luxury retail/hospitality experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional, and engaging attitude.
• Provide personalized shopping assistance and product recommendations.
• Deliver Forbes Five-Star service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with merchandise questions.
• Help maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with receiving, restocking, pricing, and inventory management.
• Build relationships with returning members by learning their preferences and providing personalized service.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to create an exceptional shopping experience.
