The Role:
The Bell Person transports guest luggage after registration, assists guests with questions, and provides information about hotel facilities and attractions. They also deliver flowers and newspapers, assist with room changes, and ensure luggage storage and retrieval as assigned. The role involves working in a smoking environment, maintaining safety and cleanliness, completing required documentation, and performing special assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of local areas.
• Pleasant personality and ability to lift heavy luggage.
