Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a warm, welcoming Bell / Doorperson to join our front offices team in Austin. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering attentive service, assisting with inquiries, and reflecting the brand's best self in every interaction.

Prior guest service experience is preferred; you should enjoy physical work, be detail-oriented, and flexible to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to operate in a 24-hour hotel environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with requests at the lobby and entrance.

About you...

• Passionate about guest service, enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience.
• Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
