LUMA is seeking service-oriented Door/Bell Attendant to join their team!

The Door/Bell Attendant is responsible for escorting guests to and from their rooms in a professional manner and handling guest luggage and other baggage in a careful and safe manner. The Door/Bell Attendant is also responsible for providing our guests with door service to and from the hotel and assisting with transportation. The Door/Bell Attendant provides our guests with excellent service from arrival to departure and responds to guests needs and requests in a friendly manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Must have 1-2 years customer service experience
