Starwood Hotels is seeking a warm Bell/ Doorperson to join our front-of-house team in Hawaii. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and help guests navigate the property while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Past customer or guest service experience is preferred.
• Able to talk to guests and coworkers with a positive, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with inquiries.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort to destinations within the property.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe front-of-house area and provide information about local attractions.
