Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of bellpersons, fostering a culture of exceptional service.
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing personalized service.
  • Manage luggage handling, transportation, and guest requests efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure smooth handling of luggage, packages, and guest belongings.
  • Offer recommendations and assistance to enhance guest stays.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction standards.

Qualifications
  • Less than three moving violations in the past three years
  • No DUI convictions
  • Current driver’s license if applicable
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Effective communication skills with the public and staff
  • Familiarity with local area and attractions
  • One year of Guest Services/Bell experience preferred
  • Valid CDL license if applicable
