Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Skamania Lodge is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to rooms. You will share knowledge of amenities and the local area to create memorable stays.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work full shifts in a fast-paced, team environment, including weekends and holidays. Compensation is $17.13 per hour plus tips, with full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• One year in a customer service role with high guest interaction is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between areas of the hotel.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise and work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and an outgoing, engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and be engaging to guests at arrival and throughout their stay.
• Assist with unloading guest luggage and orient guests to the hotel and local area.
• Escort guests from arrival to the front desk for check-in and to their rooms as needed.
• Explain hotel amenities and fun facts to guests to enhance their Wanderlust experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area and collaborate with other attendants to personalize guest experiences.
