Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a Bell Attendant (part-time) to ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences for guests. You will greet visitors, assist with luggage, and assist with delivering items and transporting packages.

The role requires English fluency, a valid US driver's license, and the ability to multitask and stand for long periods. Flexible AM/PM shifts and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role, in a luxury hotel setting preferred.
• Current US driver's license with clean driving record; able to drive manual transmissions.
• Ability to multi-task and stand/walk for up to eight hours per shift.
• Must be able to move luggage carts weighing up to 200 lbs and lift boxes up to 100 lbs.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish a plus; flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to rooms.
• Deliver and retrieve luggage during check-in/out; move luggage to storage or Front Drive.
• Valet guest vehicles and manage parking logistics.
• Maintain records of luggage, packages, and deliveries per Four Seasons standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and assist with hotel services, events, and directions.
• Perform tasks of Doorman, Bellman, or House Car Attendant as needed.
