Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Lahaina, Hawaii, is seeking a guest services team member to assist guests, manage luggage, arrange transportation, provide information, and deliver amenities. The role supports maintaining a welcoming, aloha-filled environment on property.

Flexibility in days and shifts is required and a strong service orientation is essential to succeed. Base pay starts at $16.50/hour plus tips, with health insurance, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan and opportunities for growth

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Loads and unloads guests’ baggage and delivers them to respective rooms, assists with arranging ground transportation, provides information to guests, delivers amenities, keeps driveway presentable, and coordinates traffic/deliveries.
