Join Our Team as a Bell and Valet Attendant at Rivers Casino Des Plaines

We are hiring for the position of Bell and Valet Attendant at Rivers Casino Des Plaines. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest service from arrival to departure, representing Rivers Casino and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Park guest vehicles following established procedures and maintain the valet area and hotel entrance.
• Perform vehicle inspections, assist with coat hanging, and luggage tagging to meet guest needs promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests by opening doors, unloading/loading luggage, and providing transportation assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to guests and the casino.
• Greet guests warmly with friendly demeanor and positive body language.
• Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, and arrange transportation as needed.
• Transport luggage safely and assist with storage and retrieval.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and minimum age of 21 years.
• Experience in luxury guest service, front door, or bell service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Certifications and Physical Requirements

• Must obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License; Rivers Casino will assist and cover the fee.
• Constant standing, walking, reaching, and occasional shoulder movements.
• Ability to see well enough to drive and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
