Job summary

A defense technology firm is seeking a Live Sim (SAAB) Operator to manage exercises and maintain an overview of operations. Candidates should have military experience, preferably at the Company Level, and familiarity with Live Simulation systems. The role requires proficiency in English and a willingness to work outdoors for extended periods. An excellent benefits package is offered, including health, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with Live Simulation systems is required.
• Must be able to work in varying terrain for 2 to 12 days.
• English proficiency is mandatory, French and Dutch are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage exercise and maintain EXCON overview.
• Conduct annual updates of SAAB GAMER software.
• Support debriefings and integrate new equipment.

Skills

User experience with Live Simulation (SAAB, MILES)

Ability to communicate in English, French, or Dutch

Experience at Company Level (Commander or Company Sergeant Major)
