Driving 101 Driving School, Vancouver’s top-rated, all-inclusive driving school and DOL-certified testing center, is looking for a compassionate, patient, and safety-focused behind-the-wheel instructor to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one‑on‑one driving instruction to teens and adults
• Help students stay calm, focused, and safe behind the wheel
• Follow a structured curriculum while adapting to each student's needs
• Create a supportive, encouraging, and positive learning experience
• Promote safe driving habits that last a lifetime

Who You Are:

• Calm under pressure and naturally encouraging
• Genuinely cares about student success and safety
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoys variety, movement, and being out on the road
• Previous teaching, mentoring, or youth work is a bonus (not required)

Minimum Requirements (State of Washington):

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 5 years
• No more than 1 moving violation in the last 12 months
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 24 months
• No license suspensions in the past 3 years
• No speeding tickets over 9 mph in the past 5 years
• Must pass WA State and Federal background checks

Already certified as a WA State Driving Instructor? Even better, but we’re happy to train the right person!

Instructor Schedule Options:

Part‑Time Options:

• Monday – Friday, 3:00–8:00 PM (with optional weekends)
• Monday – Friday, 3:00–6:00 PM (with optional weekends)

Full‑Time Options:

• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
