Responsibilities
- Provide center‑based direct care to clients as outlined in the treatment plan
- Work with families and children from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses
- Collect data during client sessions and complete daily notes for each session by the end of the day
- Communicate with caregivers and other supports at pick‑up and drop‑off
- Maintain constant communication with the leadership team, including BCBA, Lead RBT, and Program Manager
- Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Reliable transportation
- Outgoing personality with high energy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time‑management skills
- Pass clinical background check
- CPR/First aid certification within first 3 months of employment
- RBT certification preferred (but not required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to run, crouch, squat, kneel, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and move quickly between positions without support
- Full range of motion of hands and arms; ability to sit on the floor or chair for long periods
