Responsibilities

  • Provide center-based direct care to clients.
  • Collect data and complete daily notes.
  • Communicate with caregivers during pick-up and drop-off.
  • Communicate with caregivers and other supports at pick-up and drop-off.
  • Remain in constant communication with the leadership team, including BCBA, Lead RBT, and Program Manager.
  • Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Provide center‑based direct care to clients as outlined in the treatment plan
  • Work with families and children from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses
  • Collect data during client sessions and complete daily notes for each session by the end of the day
  • Communicate with caregivers and other supports at pick‑up and drop‑off
  • Remain in constant communication with the leadership team, including BCBA, Lead RBT, and Program Manager
  • Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned
Requirements

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Move quickly from sitting to standing
