Responsibilities
- Provide center‑based direct care to clients as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Work with families and children from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures and economic statuses.
- Collect data during client sessions as outlined in the treatment plan and complete daily notes for each session by the end of the day.
- Communicate with caregivers and other support staff at pick‑up and drop‑off.
- Remain in constant communication with the leadership team, including BCBA, Lead RBT, and Program Manager.
- Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Reliable transportation
- Outgoing with high energy; strong written and verbal communication skills; effective time management skills are a must.
Physical Requirements
- Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
- Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
- Full range of motion of hands and arms; able to sit on the floor or chair for long periods.
- Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Move quickly from sitting to standing.
- Pass clinical background check.
- CPR/First aid within first 3 months of employment.
- Registered Behavioral Technician certification (RBT) – preferred.
