Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring Behavioral Health Technician at Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN.
Are you ready to make an IMPACT from day one? Nestled just outside the Great Smoky Mountains, around 30 miles North of Knoxville, in a small, quaint, beautiful town, called Andersonville, sits Norris Academy, a residential treatment facility that offers comprehensive, holistic services to youth with autism spectrum disorder, and/or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis.
Compensation Range: $17 per hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.

What you will do: A day in the life of a Behavioral Health Technician at Norris Academy is rarely the same, HARD WORK, EXCITING, IMPACTFUL, and very REWARDING. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you are helping to care for and support youth that are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This is a 100% onsite position. Schedule/hours/shifts: Our 4 days on, 3 days off (opposite the 2nd week) schedule, allows our employees more time to rest, take care of personal affairs, and reduces burnout. Schedule choices are as follows:
