Qualifications

• Strong grounding in behaviour-change theory (COM‑B or equivalent).
• Experience evaluating or designing behavioural loops, nudges, or habit‑forming product mechanics.
• Comfortable with structured, protocol-style content (reasoning rules, decision trees).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product/engineering teams on shipped features.

Responsibilities

• Review engagement mechanics and nudges for the beta surface.
