Samsung Food is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the definition of an AI coaching capability. You will own the end-to-end experience, coaching logic, and the evidence framework that measures coaching quality. Report to Head of Product and collaborate across Europe, Asia, and North America.

You will influence what ships, manage seams between teams, and ensure the product remains coachable, useful, and scalable in an international setting.

Qualifications

• You’ve taken something from undefined to launched and demonstrated outcomes.
• You can define a product from vague brief to a realized definition.
• You write specs, notes and decisions that survive transfer to other teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the coaching experience and the behaviour model end-to-end.
• Define release scope, deciding what ships and what waits.
• Coordinate across interfaces and contracts between orgs.
• Hold evidence quality: usefulness, personalisation, and effectiveness of coaching.
• Lead with ambiguity; provide buildable outputs for others to act on.
