Assisted Living of Florida Limited in Seminole, FL, seeks an experienced Group Home Manager to lead a care-focused team and oversee residential operations. You will ensure safety, well-being, and growth for residents while supervising Direct Care Professionals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff scheduling, APD documentation, and coordinating medical appointments to support person-centered goals. A Florida driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (APD experience strongly preferred).
• 1+ year supervisory/management experience.
• Background screening: Level 2 Background Screening.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with clean record; CPR/First Aid.

Group Home Manager (Residential Supervisor)

Lead a team dedicated to excellence in care! We are seeking an experienced, organized, and heart-led Group Home Manager to oversee our residential operations in Seminole, FL. Largo and Clearwater As an APD-regulated provider, we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of living for our residents and a supportive environment for our staff.

The Role

As the Group Home Manager, you are the heartbeat of the home. You will ensure the safety, well-being, and personal growth of our residents while managing a team of Direct Care Professionals.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities (APD experience strongly preferred).
• Leadership: At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Background: Must pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Credentials: Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean record and current CPR/First Aid.
