Assisted Living of Florida Limited is seeking a compassionate Assistant Group Home Manager to join our team in Seminole, FL. The role supports daily operations of the group home and helps lead staff and residents with a caring, organized approach.

You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, documenting communications, and ensuring reports are prepared on schedule while maintaining compliance with APD guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must pass Level II background screening and complete APD training (we will provide).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED is REQUIRED.

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports,monthly,quarterly and annualy.

We are looking for a responsible APD Experienced Assistant Group Home Manager, to perform a variety of administrative and direct support professional tasks.The duties of an APD experienced Group Home Assistant Manager include but are not limited to providing direct support to the residents of the Group Home and assisting the manager with overseeing the daily functional operation of the APD licensed Group Home .The Assistant Grou Home Manager will assist in ensuring that the home stays in compliance with all APD rules and regulationd ,assist with managing stsff and provide support to administration by ensuring that all monthky dedlines are met concerning the necessary documentation requested.
The Assistant Group Home Manager will assist with preparation of reports and maintaining an appropriate filling system,make and receive phone calls regarding clients residing in the group home,transport consumers when needed in company vehicle.
The ideal candidate shold have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their workspace and utilize tools like MS Excel,MS Word and office equipment.If you have previous experiance working in an APD Licensed Group Home , we would like to hear from you!
