UCHealth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion in Aurora, CO seeks a Charge RN to lead the IP Behavioral Unit on the Days shift. This onsite role reports to the IP Behavioral Unit and involves staffing, patient care, and operational coordination.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, current RN licensure, and BLS, with at least 1 year of nursing experience. CPI certification is required within 30 days and yearly recertification to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Registered nurse with Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and RN licensure
• 1 year nursing experience
• Advanced CPI within 30 days and yearly recertification per BHA rules
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross with card valid through start date and after

Aufgaben

• Supervises and mentors staff during assigned shift and determines staffing levels
• Provides direct patient care as needed and may float between staff
• Evaluates patient care outcomes and addresses issues via established channels
• Performs unit duties: orders, admissions/discharges, coordinates transfers
• Exhibits critical thinking and works with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
