Job summary

Lasting Hope Recovery Center in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Supervisor of Behavioral Therapy to provide high-quality patient care and lead a multidisciplinary team.

You'll oversee assessment, treatment planning, group, individual, and family therapies, plus discharge planning, while actively engaging in the Unit Community Relations Program. The role requires strong clinical expertise, compassion, and teamwork to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Plans individualized age appropriate patient care through an interdisciplinary team approach and through interdisciplinary patient care conferences, ongoing patient assessments, re-evaluation of patient strengths and needs.
• Identifies patient/family learning needs and coordinates care with appropriate resources.
• Maintains compassionate, problem-solving communication to support patient engagement and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care with a focus on behavioral therapy modalities.
• Oversee assessment, treatment planning, group, individual, and family therapies, plus discharge planning.
