Responsibilities

NATURE OF WORKFairfield Memorial Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist (LCSW or LCPC) to join our Behavioral Health team. This position provides mental health assessment, counseling, treatment planning, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning services to individuals and families. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the emotional well being of patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. The Clinical Therapist provides quality mental health services for the evaluation, treatment, and prevention of mental and emotional disorders in individuals, families, and groups.
