As an In-Home Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you'll work directly with clients in their homes, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

Your Role:

Work 1:1 in-home with clients diagnosed with autism, implementing ABA treatment plans, teaching life and communication skills, and collaborating with families.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience with children or behavioral needs (preferred)
• Minimum of High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
• RBT certification preferred, but not required—apply even if you are not certified yet!
• Reliable transportation

Schedule options include after school, evenings, and weekends.
