Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.

• Support clients with daily living skills like cooking, budgeting, hygiene, and medication education.
• Encourage wellness and recovery goals through coaching and compassionate care.
• Help clients access community resources and services.
• Monitor individual progress and provide documentation after each shift.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High School/Equivalent Required
• At least one year of experience as a CNA, in social/human services, and/or experience working with adults with chronic mental illnesses required
• Must obtain and maintain certification in CPR, First Aid, CPI and Medication Level I Aide
