Job summary

Compass Health Network seeks a Behavioral Technician (Days) to support recovery in inpatient and outpatient substance use programs. You will help with daily structure, supervision, and safe care, in a rotating 4-on/2-off schedule, 8am–4pm, 32 hours weekly at Clinton location.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, a compassionate, team-oriented mindset, and a valid driver’s license. Missouri Class E license within 60 days is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance during recovery-focused group education sessions.

• Support new client orientation and documentation.
• Respond effectively to crises and participate in regular safety drills.
• Conduct and process urine drug screenings.

Schedule: 8am-4pm, 32 hours/week (rotating days of 4-on and 2-off)

As a Behavioral Technician, (Internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician) you’ll play a vital, hands-on role in our inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment programs. You’ll ensure client safety, offer encouragement, and support recovery through daily structure, observation, and compassionate care.
