Adapt of Missouri, a subsidiary of Compass Health Network, seeks a Behavioral Technician for weekends and as-needed hours in a supervised residential setting. Be part of a compassionate team delivering hands-on support to adults with chronic mental health conditions.

You’ll assist with daily living, coaching toward independence, and documentation after each shift. Requires high school or equivalent and CNA or related experience; CPR/First Aid/CPI and Medication Level I Aide certifications must

Qualifications

• At least one year of CNA or social/human services experience required.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, CPI and Medication Level I Aide certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living skills like cooking, budgeting, hygiene, and medication education.
• Encourage wellness and recovery goals through coaching and compassionate care.
• Help clients access community resources and services.
• Monitor individual progress and provide documentation after each shift.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Support discharge planning, crisis response, and transitional services as needed.
