Compass Health Network is hiring a Behavioral Technician (PRN/As Needed) in Nevada. You will help adults with behavioral health needs in residential or community settings, focusing on safety, daily living skills, and social engagement. This is a part-time, as-needed position with shifts and weekly hours.

You'll monitor behavior, assist with care tasks, and participate in programs that promote independence while maintaining a structured, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• At least one year of work experience or self-employment required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with ability to obtain MO class E by end of 60-day intro period.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in building life skills, routines and social behaviors.
• Assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs.
• Monitor and document changes in behavior, mood or physical condition.
• Provide basic care, such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal needs.
• Administer medication once certified as a Level 1 Medication Aide (training provided).
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities (driving is required).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Participate in emergency response and safety procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.

Schedule: PRN, as needed for All shifts. 8 hours weekly.

A Behavioral Technician (Internal title: Community Living Instructor) provides support to adults with behavioral health needs in a residential or community setting.

In this role, you'll ensure the safety, well-being, and daily success of the individuals we serve. You'll provide hands-on support with daily living skills, social engagement, behavior management, and more - all while helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
