This part-time position provides support to adults with behavioral health needs in residential or community settings, focusing on safety, daily living skills, and engagement. The role involves helping residents with life skills, behavior support, and documentation, with driving to activities and medication assistance upon training as a Level 1 Medication Aide.

• Transport clients to appointments and community activities (driving is required).

• Participate in emergency response and safety procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.

A Behavioral Technician (Internal title: Community Living Instructor) provides support to adults with behavioral health needs in a residential or community setting.

In this role, you’ll ensure the safety, well-being, and daily success of the individuals we serve. You’ll provide hands‑on support with daily living skills, social engagement, behavior management, and more — all while helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High School/GED required

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least one (1) year of work experience or self‑employment required
• A valid unrestricted driver’s license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a class E MO driver’s license by the end of 60‑day introductory period required
• Basic computer skills required
