Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Behavioral Technician for overnight shifts in Clinton, MO. This full-time role offers 32 hours per week with a 12:00am–8:00am schedule and driving as a requirement.

You’ll work in the Residential Substance Use - Adult department, supporting recovery, ensuring client safety, documenting observations, and assisting with group education and screenings within inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
• Missouri Class E driver's license within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide support during recovery-focused group education sessions.
• Monitor and ensure client safety through supervision.
• Assist with medication logging and observation of self-administration.
• Transport clients; driving is a key part of this role.
• Support new client orientation and documentation.
• Respond to crises and participate in safety drills.
• Conduct and process urine drug screenings.

Support recovery, change lives as a Behavioral Technician Schedule: Rotating days, 12:00am-8:00am. 32 hours weekly.

As a Behavioral Technician, ( Internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician) you'll play a vital, hands-on role in our inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment programs. You'll ensure client safety, offer encouragement, and support recovery through daily structure, observation, and compassionate care.
