Bright Achievements is a Behavioral Health Agency providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. We are seeking caring and professional ABA therapists, Behavioral Technicians, and Registered Behavioral Technicians to deliver ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Attend required professional development trainings.
2. Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and procedures.
3. Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
4. Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
5. Respond to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
6. Maintain professionalism and goal-oriented approach in all work aspects.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience.
2. Preferred RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
3. Experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities.
4. Energetic with a passion to help children and families overcome challenges.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. At least six months of ABA therapy experience with children with Autism.
7. Desire to grow within an innovative organization.
8. Valid driver’s license.
