Job summary

B.E.S.T. for Autism is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one behavioral treatment to children with autism. Our in-home, school, and center-based services reach Stanislaus, Sacramento, Sutter, and San Joaquin Counties.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, fluent in English, and able to follow procedures, collect accurate data, and work independently while coordinating with a BCBA supervisor. We offer training, supervision, benefits, and career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for entry level
• BA/BS degree required for experienced level
• Willing to pursue certification within 90 days of hire
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be fluent in English and pass background checks
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Experience with children preferred but not required
• Meets TB clearance and immunization requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral treatment to children with autism
• Travel between in-home, school, and center-based settings
• Take accurate data and follow procedures closely
• Coordinate with supervising BCBA for client progress
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Adhere to safety and driving requirements
