Compass Health Network is seeking a Behavioral Technician (internal title: Community Living Instructor) to support adults with behavioral health needs in residential or community settings. Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

You will help ensure safety, wellbeing, and daily success, providing hands-on support with daily living skills, social engagement, and behavior management, while helping create a safe, structured environment.
