Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician for in-home support, with full-time or part-time options. You will work 1:1 with children at home or in community settings to build communication, social, and daily living skills, using positive reinforcement and a relationship-based approach.
We value human connection and flexible scheduling, with training provided to become a Behavior Technician. Reliable transportation is preferred to support client visits in the McAllen area.
