Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy to children under supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans and work in a center-based setting with various schedules.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED

• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
