Maxim Healthcare Services seeks a Behavioral Caregiver to support children and adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors. Working with a BCBA, you’ll implement the care plan, track client progress, and assist families at home with daily routines and self-help activities.
Responsibilities include delivering one-to-one interventions, implementing treatment goals, aiding daily activities, providing personal care, and taking on additional duties as needed.

Behavioral Caregiver's at Maxim Healthcare Services provide support and caregiving needs for children and adults with developmental delays and/or challenging behaviors. Behavioral Technician's work closely with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement the behavioral care plan and keep track of the clients’ progress through each session. As well as assisting family members on maintaining the client in his/her home by relieving the family members from basic self-help needs and other activities of daily living including interaction, socialization, and continuation of daily routines.
