Overview

We are seeking both Entry-Level Behavior Technicians and experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to join our mission at Behavioral Innovations. Our goal is to make a positive impact in the lives of children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As an energetic and enthusiastic individual, you will be part of a collaborative team implementing child-specific ABA programs, tracking progress, and analyzing data. We offer hands-on, entry-level opportunities for those interested in becoming an RBT, including paid training to develop the necessary skills to work directly with autistic children.

Essential Job Requirements

• Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.
• Progress through the RBT Ladder.

• Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care.
• Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with Lead RBT for training sequences.
