Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Chelmsford, MA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

The role involves one-on-one work with children, following individualized treatment plans, with flexible schedules across center-based opportunities. Minimum HS diploma and 6–12 months ABA experience required; ability to work independently or in a team is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical requirements may include standing, sitting, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
