Qualifications

Job Description

A Behavioral Technician supports students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs in a school environment. Working under the supervision of credentialed staff and behavior specialists, they implement behavior intervention plans, provide one-on-one or small-group support, collect behavioral data, and help students develop positive coping, communication, and social skills. Behavioral Technicians collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment while supporting student success and compliance with California educational guidelines and individualized support plans. Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $22 to $25 Per Hour
