Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under a BCBA. You’ll support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills with effective ABA therapy, while building professional relationships with teammates and patients.

Ideal candidates bring RBT certification, 1+ years ABA experience, strong communication, and a positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced pediatric environment.

Position Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques with therapy that is most effective for autism. Effectively communicate and develop professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients.
