Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support our ABA program under the supervision of a BCBA. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions while helping children and families learn new skills through evidence-based therapy.

You will collaborate with clinicians and families, communicating professionally and contributing to a welcoming, growth-oriented team culture. Ivy Health offers opportunities across pediatric therapies and ABA services.

Qualifications

  • RBT certification is required.
  • 1+ years of ABA Technician experience preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility with changing workloads.
  • Proven customer service and patient care experience.

Position Summary: As a Registered Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques with therapy that is most effective for autism. Effectively communicate and develop professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients. Position Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience.
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
