Job summary

ivyhealth is seeking a Behavior Technician to join Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, in Dearborn, MI. The role supports BCBA-directed interventions, documentation, billing, and family coaching to help children learn essential skills through autism-focused therapy.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a therapy setting or related field, with RBT certification or intent to obtain it, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

State of Location: Michigan Position Summary: As a Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques with therapy that is most effective for autism. Effectively communicate and develop professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients. Position Qualifications

• Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program.
• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision.
