Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) is hiring Behavioral Support Therapists for a contract opportunity spanning Temple, Waco, Rockdale, Fairfield and surrounding areas.

Provide behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized support plans, and collaborate with families, caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.

This PRN role offers $77.43/hour with flexible scheduling and the chance to improve independence and quality of life for children and adults with disabilities.

Qualificações

• Compassionate and experienced behavioral support professional.
• Ability to conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Experience collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience serving children and adults with disabilities.
• Contract/PRN schedule flexibility is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement support plans tailored to individuals.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Serve participants in the CLASS program, the largest in Texas.
• Work with disabled children and adults requiring ongoing behavioral support.
