Job summary

Disability Services of the Southwest, Inc. is hiring Behavior Support Therapists for a contract role in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. You will conduct behavioral assessments and develop person-centered behavior support plans tailored to each participant.

Work with families and interdisciplinary teams to support children and adults with disabilities, in a purpose-driven nonprofit dedicated to improving independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and experienced Behavior Support Therapist.
• Ability to conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Provide tailored behavior support plans and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement behavior support plans tailored to individuals.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Serve participants in the CLASS program.
• Support children and adults with ongoing behavioral needs.
