Sample Supports is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Trinity teams are focused on delivering individualized behavior services, counseling, assessments, and training, with care plans tailored to each person’s goals and support needs.

This role suits bachelor’s-level professionals, graduate students, or clinicians pursuing licensure, offering flexible PRN scheduling and ongoing supervision and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Three levels based on education and licensure.
• Culture Index Survey required.
• PRN schedule offering flexibility for clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior support and counseling.
• Develop comprehensive behavior support plans.
• Train and consult with caregivers, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor effectiveness of behavioral interventions.
• Complete timely, audit-ready service documentation.
• Advocate for clients’ needs, rights, safety, and quality of life.
