Southeast Missouri Residential Services in Sikeston, MO is seeking a Behavioral Technician to join our team. The role involves supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, collecting data, and implementing behavior support plans in a residential setting.

You will work 7:00 am – 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm – 7:00 am with overtime as needed. Must lift up to 50 lbs and drive to accompany clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients.

Responsabilités

• Provide behavioral support and data collection.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Document observations and maintain shift reports.
