Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years of direct care experience with implementing behavior support plans for persons with developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalency and a valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral support techniques as directed by the behavior resource team.
• Respond to crisis situations and apply interventions until safe.
• Instruct others in behavior support plans and crisis intervention techniques.
• Assist with transfers and physical restraint procedures as needed.
• Utilize hands-on caregiving and dependent care skills.
• Maintain and renew CORE, CPR, and First Aid trainings.
